Really cute little place. You have to know it's there to find it. The sandwiches are delish and the rice and beans were also so good! Plus, they have cakes!!

My friends got my birthday cake fro. Here because I kept telling them how GOOD this place was- and the cake did not disappoint. The "Better than Sex" cake was beautiful and delicious! Boxed well too- no issues getting it home. Thank you for helping make my special day delicious!

Love love love this place! Amelia has the best energy, and Evie’s is such a comforting and safe space because of it. You can really tell the staff care about the community and the works they do! It doesn’t hurt that they have the BEST cake, and I adore how they always have a special themed cake corresponding to the current zodiac sign. You literally cannot go wrong with any dessert you order here. The savory food is fantastic, too, with plenty of vegetarian options! The specials are always fun, and it’s nice to find different cultural cuisine in a neighborhood bakery. Stop in here if you want a nutritious meal, a strong drink, and a spiritually aligned slice of cake that will change your life.

The food was great and the cake was excellent! They needed another server on the night I visited. The server was friendly but she needed help. The decor is fun and eclectic and it was enjoyable to take in. It was quite warm in the dining room on a rainy and humid evening with the doors open.

The price of the items compared to the “to go” portion sizes are outrageous. I paid almost $30 for my side to come in a “large condiment” container and for my $9 soup to come in what you think the size would come in. The sandwich is also half the size of what it used to be and the “house bread” doesn’t taste the same.
